Messy Church has returned to St Oswald’s church after a break. We have had 2 sessions which have been fun for all involved.
Messy Church is a creative and engaging way of being a church that emphasizes family and community focusing on creativity, hospitality and celebration. We aim to attract families who may not attend church regularly through activities involving art, games, crafts exploration and storytelling. All activities are linked to a bible theme; so far we have looked at the stories of Moses and Creation. Our July activities are going to be based around the theme of Noah.
Messy Church takes place on the second Sunday of each month (other than August) from 2pm until 4pm.
